Our Approach

A process built for decisions, not products.

Good counsel is a discipline: the same questions asked carefully, in the same order, every time. Ours has four movements.

The Process

01

Discovery

A structured conversation, at no cost. We review where you stand: coverage, debt, savings, goals, and what you intend your money to do, then identify the highest-leverage next step. No obligation, no template pitch.

02

Plan Architecture

It begins with a written Financial Needs Analysis: protection gaps, debt position, emergency reserves, tax exposure, and retirement trajectory, mapped against what you actually have in place today. The result is a single plan you can read, question, and understand. Nothing proceeds until it makes sense to you.

03

Implementation

Judgment must become action. The plan shows exactly where the gaps are and the specific options to close them, in plain language. Once you decide what to move forward with, we implement it directly with our carrier partners and coordinate with your attorneys, accountants, and investment managers where their work is involved.

04

Ongoing Counsel

The same advisor, start to finish. Plans are reviewed annually and at every major life event: a new child, a new job, a new business, a new home. We remain at the table.

How We Are Paid

Plainly: the plan costs you nothing.

The planning: no charge

The consultation, the Financial Needs Analysis, and the written plan are complimentary. That is not a promotion. It is how the practice works, and it is why you can walk away at any point owing nothing.

Carrier compensation

When you choose to put coverage in force, the issuing carrier pays us a commission. We disclose it plainly before you sign anything, and we never bill you for advice or analysis.

We charge no fee on your assets, because we do not manage them. If a recommendation ever earns us something, you will know before you decide.
